Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
custom or made-to-order item's processing time may be longer. It often depends on the complexity of the customization or the production time required.

Peak Seasons and Holidays:
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended due to a higher volume of orders.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 8-14 business days. (Shipping time depends on your location.)

Please be aware that occasional delays in delivery times that relevant to the shipping carrier may arise due to factors beyond our control.

Additional Fees & Taxes (VAT) :
Please note that in some cases, when picking up the package, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are determined by the origin country's policy you ordered from and evaluate once a shipment reaches your destination country. Amber's does not take responsibility for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. Amber's does not accept cancellations in cases of not agreeing to pay extra fees of the purchase. Customers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Orders & Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
